Grants are available for any project for promoting the playing of go by persons from the United Kingdom and Crown Dependencies under the age of 18 years, or between 18 and 25 if in full-time education. Grants may be made for capital expenses, such as equipment and books, or running expenses, such as travel costs to a Go event. Specific financial need, such as that caused by unemployment, single parenthood, or illness, will be given sympathetic consideration. 100% grants are only rarely given. All information will be treated in confidence.
